The National Association of Realtors has announced that existing-home sales rose 3.1% in January to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.00 million. Prices also rose 5.1% in this category, with the median sales price at $379,100. This is the seventh month in a row we’ve seen year-over-year price gains.
