This 4 bedroom/2 bath home with a paved driveway in front had a great location as an end unit. The walkout basement was originally a hair salon, but the township was not willing to allow the sale unless the basement reverted back from a commercial space into a private space. Richard agreed, and started to work. He replaced all of the plumbing and wiring. The kitchen became almost a complete gut.
