This property was an off market opportunity. An older woman lived here and was being relocated by her family to Houston for additional family support. The neighborhood was a sleepy older established working class community with good access to major facilities and services as well as highway access. the property however had not been maintained or renovated in many years if ever. there was electrical that needed to be re-run and areas of wood rot. In addition there was an old shed in the back used for storage but to our surprise there was plumbing. This gave us the idea to use this as usable space. The project was managed remotely from Atlanta by a local project manager that had skin in the game. The end result was a beautiful project that went under contract in less than 7 days.
