    To qualify, you need to have some ground up construction experience. We need investors to have at least 1 verifiably completed ground up project within the most recent 12 months.

     

    The land must be purchased in advance, and you have to have a foundation poured as well as permits approved for building. What else do you need for this loan? Cash on hand to cover closing costs, plus 6 months of reserves. This is a great loan for investors with good credit, a current income stream, and some experience building from the ground up in the recent past.

    Fall Housing Market Predicted to Improve for Buyers
     
    A new article in Realtor.com notes that the median listing price of homes has begun “its typical seasonal decline” and starting to trend in “a more buyer-friendly direction.”
    New listings improved by 5.9% week over week, during the week ending 8/12/23. “As we look to the upcoming autumn season, which is typically the best time to buy a home, a glimmer of optimism emerges,” is what Realtor.com’s economic data manager Sabrina Speianu had to say. She predicts that if current trends continue, there will be more new listings than compared to the Fall season last year.
